2022 Mid-Year Meeting Group Activities

Join us for the 2022 Mid-Year Meeting at the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel Westlake in Westlake Village, California from July 17-20. This registration is only to sign up for optional group activities and the spouse event. Please note that the spouse event is for registered spouses only. Please note we must hit the minimum in order to host the group activity at the rate shown. You will be notified if an event has to be cancelled. Refunds will be issued until June 1st. Please note the wine tour refund will not include a $20 service fee by the vendor.

Minimum Limit: 20 -- Maximum Limit: 27 Please join your hostess, Katrina Kotrla for a 2-hour private cooking demo at the Four Seasons Wellness kitchen. All recipes are prepared by their culinary team with informative discussion by their nutritionist. They will focus on appetizers and you will get to enjoy them at the end. Recipes will be provided. There will also be door prizes handed out at the end.		$236 each
Interactive Kitchen Monday, July 18th -- 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. Minimum Limit: 10 -- Maximum Limit: 15 This is a hands-on class in the Four Seasons Wellness Kitchen. Class will be divided into groups and each allocated to a station. You will be guided through the recipes by their nutritionist and culinary team. Food prepared will be plated and served.		$263 each (Adults Only)
Getty Villa Museum (no lunch included) Monday, July 18th -- 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Minimum Limit: 20 -- Maximum Limit: 24 Built on 750 acres in the Santa Monica mountains, the Getty Villa is an educational center and museum dedicated to the study of the arts and cultures of ancient Greece, Rome and Etruria. The collection has 44,000 Greek, Roman and Etruscan antiquities dating from 6500 BC to 400 AD. The Villa also features magnificent architecture, tranquil gardens and spectacular views from the mountains to the Pacific Ocean. Cost includes transportation, PRA staff to narrate en-route, admission to the museum, docent guided tour, taxes and gratuities.		$161 each (Age 12 & Over)
4x4 Jeep Winery Tour (no lunch included) Monday, July 18th -- 1:00 - 4:45 p.m. Minimum Limit: 30 -- Maximum Limit: 34 This 4x4 guided adventure tour experience is where you will to see a vast majority of a 1000-acre estate. A knowledgeable guide will drive guests around the property and along the way there will be stops at Chumash Native American cave paintings, organic gardens and mountain top vantage points. Each vehicle will receive a bottle of wine per person for the tour. However, you may only open 1 bottle per person in your party. You may take the rest of the bottles home when the tour concludes. There may be up to 5 people per vehicle. Cost includes transportation, PRA staff, guided wine tour, bottle of wine, taxes and gratuities.		$224 each (Adults Only)
Reagan Library Tour (no lunch included) Tuesday, July 19th -- 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. Minimum Limit: 30 -- Maximum Limit: 50 The Ronald Reagan library is a must see. The museum is filled with artifacts from President Reagan's childhood and professional career. Tour the galleries that include a replica of the Oval Office, as well as the Presidential Air Force One that was serving during the Reagan administration. Special exhibit includes "The Secrets of WWII." Cost includes transportation, PRA staff, admission to the library, private docent, taxes and gratuities. If 10 or more children sign-up the library may take them on a separate tour more geared towards children.		$84 Adult $30 (Age 11-17) $25 (Age 3-10)
Hiking (includes transportation time -- no lunch included) Tuesday, July 19th -- Time: 1:30 - 4:00 Minimum Limit: 20 -- Maximum Limit: 40 This event is thru the Four Seasons. A fitness style hike will be led by one of their exercise physiologists. The other hike will be informational and more leisurely and this hike will be guided by a wildlife expert. The hike will be at the Charmlee Wilderness Park which is 20 minutes from the hotel. Cost includes transportation, guides and bottle water. Gratuities will be at your discretion.		$90 each (Age 10 & over)
