2023 Mid-Year Meeting Group Activities

Join us for the 2023 Mid-Year Meeting at the beautiful Montage Deer Valley in Park City, UT from July 16-19. This registration is only to sign up for optional group activities. Please note we must hit the minimum in order to host the group activity at the rate shown. You will be notified if an event has to be cancelled. Refunds will be issued until June 1st.

Optional Group Activities

White Water Rafting (Sold Out!) Monday, July 17th -- 12:00 noon to 4:30 p.m. Minimum Limit: none -- Maximum Limit: 100 With the first rapid only 50 yards below the put in, the guided whitewater rafting offers a very exciting trip on the Class II Weber River. Your group will be on a 13-foot Super Puma raft and paddle through splashy, exciting rapids with assistance from your experienced guide. Adults & children 12+, but must be able to swim. Please note with their historic snowfall in 2023 the age is 12+, but that may go down to 8+ by summer.		$225 per person (includes box lunch)
Hiking (no lunch included) Monday, July 17th -- 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Minimum Limit: none -- Maximum Limit: none Experience some of the most magnificent places in the Wasatch Mountains on a guided tour. Our trained guides will lead you through beautiful aspen and pine forests, to scenic vista passes, and pristine alpine lakes. The hike will be tailored to the group, i.e., mild, or moderate. If enough sign up two groups may be created. This event will be held on trails near the hotel.		$105 per person (adults & children ages 6+)
Private Archery (no lunch included) Tuesday, July 18th -- 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Minimum Limit: 10 -- Maximum Limit: 30 Learn a new skill with one of our certified archery instructors. You will learn to shoot a compound bow at the hotel archery range. Guides will offer instruction and set up various targets for guests to shoot. No prior experience is needed. This event will be held at the Montage hotel.		$65 per person (Adults & children ages 8+)
Whiskey Tour & Tasting (no lunch included) (Sold Out!) Tuesday, July 18th -- 12:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Minimum Limit: 20 -- Maximum Limit: 26 Nestled in the hills just 25 minutes outside of downtown Park City, you will tour a local state-of-the-art distillery with a Whiskey expert. You will walk through the distillation process and get to see the blending, aging and bottling operations first-hand. Find out about the story of High West & the unique history of whiskey in Utah. Following the tour, guests will enter the tasting room for a guided flight tasting of whiskeys. If you wish to enjoy more whiskey beyond the flight, that would be at your own expense. Price includes transportation, whiskey tour and flight and taxes.		$100 per person. (Adults 21 & over)
