2024 Mid-Year Meeting Group Activities

Join us for the 2024 Mid-Year Meeting at the beautiful Four Seasons Resort in Palm Beach, Florida from June 23-26. This registration is only to sign up for optional group activities. Please note we must hit the minimum in order to host the group activity at the rate shown. You will be notified if an event has to be cancelled. Refunds will be issued until June 1st.

The tour will begin in the Heart of Palm Beach, Island of the rich and famous. You will paddle by Whitehall Mansion, a 55,000 square foot marble palace built by Henry Flagler. At the halfway point, you will see breathtaking views of the Palm Beach inlet, gateway to the Atlantic Ocean. Your trip will take you by St. Edward's Cathedral, the Biltmore, and other architectural delights. Your fee includes transfer to & from the hotel, box lunch, water onboard the bus, plus taxes and gratuities.

Kayaking (no lunch included)

The kayak tour to Peanut Island will begin with an introduction to the area. Each participant will be fitted with a flotation device and instructions on paddling. You will then enjoy paddling across the clear waters of the Lake Worth lagoon. You will see breathtaking mansions and sea life, as well. Upon arrival at Peanut Island, you may swim or continue kayaking. Your fee includes transfer to & from the hotel, water onboard the bus, towel service, drinking water and dry snacks, plus taxes and gratuities. 		$195 per person (Adults & children 12+, but must be able to swim)
Catamaran Excursion (lagoon, no lunch included)

The friendly crew will greet you, and you will enjoy a breathtaking sightseeing cruise along Florida's Gold Coast. Your fee includes transfer to & from hotel with water onboard the bus, 3-hour catamaran ride, deluxe floats, towel service, beer, wine, bottled water & snacks, taxes, and gratuities. 		$310 per person (Adults & children ages 8+)
Brewery Tour & Tasting (no lunch included)
Tuesday, June 25th -- 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Limit: 10 -- Maximum Limit: 35
Drink and discover delicious West Palm Beach. Your tour is fully guided and will encompass a tour of a distillery and samplings of local beers. One beer flight, full beer or wine at each stop. You will also receive a behind-the-scenes production tour. Your fee includes transfer to & from the hotel, plus one alcoholic drink per tasting and all taxes and gratuities. 		$250 per person. (Adults 21 & over)
